The Scottish Event Campus (Exhibition and Conference Centre) — The SEC is situated at Stobcross Quay on the north bank of the River Clyde. It hosts five main exhibition and event halls. It’s best known for its concerts, but also hosted the second Eurovision Dance Contest, X Factor, the BBC Haymarket Exhibitions and is also home of the World Snooker’s Grand Prix Championship held every October.
The complex offers two auditoria seating 3,000 and 624 delegates, up to 31 break-out rooms and 22,355m2 of exhibition space in five halls. The five exhibition halls range in size from 775m2 (8,339ft2) to 10,065m2 (108,299ft2).
It’s Scotland’s national venue for public events. The new Glasgow Arena is situated east of the existing SEC complex.

Air Connections — Glasgow in Scotland is served by 2 international and domestic airports. The main GLA international airport is located approx. 15 minutes drive away from the venue.
The smaller Prestwick airport (PIK) is just over 30 miles away. Another option is to fly to Edinburgh Airport, approx. 1 hour away by car. From central Edinburgh’s main rail stations, Waverley and Haymarket, which are located in the city centre you can take a train to Glasgow central station and then onto the Exhibition Centre station, the SEC’s own dedicated railway station.
