Take Thalys train from Paris Nord station to Brussels. In Brussels, the Thalys arrives at Brussel Zuid (Bruxelles Midi). From there, take another train heading to Ostend or Blankenberge, it’s less than an hour to Brugge. You can reserve tickets at www.thalys.com but not for the train from Brussels to Bruges. It isn’t possible to reserve seats on trains within Belgium. You could also take the Eurolines bus from Paris to Ghent (or to Bruxelles) if you are looking for a cheaper option for the Thalys train. Once you are in Ghent (or in Bruxelles) you could take the national railroad (b-rail) to Bruges.
Best Way to Amsterdam from Bruges
Train is the way to go. The train from Brugge to Amsterdam goes via Antwerp Centraal Station (not Brussels). Depending at which time you take the train, it’s a 3 hr 45 minute – 4 hr trip. Train is by far the best option.

Eurostar arrives in Brussels Midi/Zuid railway station. Take train with final destination Knokke/Blankenberge or Oostende, those always stop in Bruges. Regional trains run pretty much every half hour and there are no reservations possible but you should not have difficulty in getting a seat.
